The Long-Term Care division of the Hôpital du Jura brings together three residential care homes and two day centres, spread across the districts of Delémont, Porrentruy and Franches-Montagnes.

The site gathers them under a single, sober portal, without ever blurring them together: each home keeps its own name, colour and navigation, with a one-click way back to the whole.

La Promenade in Delémont, La Cornoline in Porrentruy, Franches-Montagnes in Saignelégier: each gets its own logo, colour and sub-navigation, while staying linked to the shared portal through a back arrow.

Admission runs through RIO, the cantonal information and referral network, explained on one page with no administrative jargon. The contact form itself routes to the right institution: Hôpital du Jura, La Promenade, La Cornoline or Franches-Montagnes.
