Premiums shown before the first phone call.
Agence Assurances Egli, in Delémont, advises on health, social and property insurance under Tess Egli Comte. Its promise: a neutral view of the whole market, with no commission tie to any single insurer.
That neutrality had to carry through into the site itself: instead of leading to a quote form, it publishes the real premiums of the basic insurance straight away and breaks down the two complementary insurance products item by item.
Premiums organised by zone and age.
The 2026 premiums of the compulsory basic insurance (LAMal) are laid out as a table: two pricing zones as columns, four age brackets as rows, deductible and tax already included in the figure shown. No extra click, no contact details needed to read a price.
- Two pricing columns side by side, Jura and Moutier against Jura-BE (zone 2), compared at a glance.
- Four age brackets aligned per zone, from infants to a third child, with no page change.
- One extra figure built into the same page, the sports reimbursement, without leaving the table.
Three channels: phone, email, form.
Phone, email or form: the contact page favours no channel, and even lists Tess Egli's personal number next to the agency's, along with opening hours detailed day by day.
- Three channels: phone, email or contact form.
- Two direct numbers, the agency's and Tess Egli's own.
- Detailed opening hours, day by day, until 5:30pm on weekdays.
